Come learn how to grow the flavors of East Asia with Patrick McDuffee of Well-Sweep Herb Farm.

We'll explore herbs from India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, the Philippines and Indonesia.  You'll learn about herbs that can be grown as perennials as well as tropicals that can be grown as annuals or brought in as containers.  How to successfully grow these plants under your conditions, preventing or treating pests, as well as a few culinary tips will be explored to enhance your cuisine and expand your palate.  Please register everyone in your group who will be attending.
