In an effort to highlight the importance of advance healthcare decision-making Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice is hosting a seminar that will provide information and tools attendees can use to talk about their end-of-life wishes with family, friends and healthcare providers in the event that they are unable to speak for themselves. All seminar attendees will receive a FREE copy of "FIVE WISHES," an easy to use advance directive workbook that can be used in accordance with New Jersey and Pennsylvania state laws.
