We’ll cover the amendments expanding the franchise, the principle of “one person, one vote,” and current debates over access to the ballot.  Please register everyone in your group who will be attending.

The Richard D. Gardner Branch (HQ) is located in Belvidere off of Rte. 519. The branch features two public meeting rooms, two study rooms, and a local history/genealogy room.
