Stop in for our stress free and fun Ladies Night Out at the Library Pampering Event!

Students from the Warren County Technical School's Cosmetology Department will be providing mini manicures, hand/arm massages, nail art, hair braiding, and hair iron curling/straightening free of charge.  This program is for adults ages 18+.

**Services will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
