The Richard D. Gardner Branch (HQ) is located in Belvidere off of Rte. 519. The branch features two public meeting rooms, two study rooms, and a local history/genealogy room.
The three branches of government were designed to limit each other. This session examines
vetoes, judicial review, impeachment, and emergency powers, with a focus on what happens
when branches clash.
