On the eve of Constitution Day, we'll look at how the framers designed America's government.

From the Articles to the Amendments, this session explores the structure of the Constitution, why separation of powers and federalism were built in, and how the document continues to guide us today. Please register everyone in your group who will be attending.

The Richard D. Gardner Branch (HQ) is located in Belvidere off of Rte. 519. The branch features two public meeting rooms, two study rooms, and a local history/genealogy room.
