Join Meg, your local bread lady, for an intro to bread making. Learn the fundamentals of transforming just four basic ingredients flour, water, salt, and yeast into a loaf of bread.

This class offers a fun and interactive way to learn the basics including supplies and a break baking 101 pamphlet! This program is BYOB; BRING YOUR OWN BOWL. Bring a large mixing bowl with you to create your own dough! For adults 19+. Seats are limited.  Please register everyone in your group participating.

The Richard D. Gardner Branch (HQ) is located in Belvidere off of Rte. 519. The branch features two public meeting rooms, two study rooms, and a local history/genealogy room.
