Would you like to read to a dog? We will be joined by Captain, a Labrador puppy in training to become a Seeing Eye guide dog!
Children who are independent readers can sign up for one 10 minute session. This is a wonderful opportunity to read aloud in a comfortable environment, which can help improve comprehension, confidence, and social skills. This program is appropriate for children in grades 1st-4th. Space is limited, please register by calling the Southwest Branch at 908-689-7922 or stopping by the circulation desk.
The Southwest Branch is located in Stewartsville off of Rte. 519. The branch features a public meeting room, teen space, children’s area, Maker Space, and public computers.
