Join Sophia as she guides you through making your very own lacto-fermented pickles! All supplies are provided for, registration is required.

This workshop explores the traditional method of preserving vegetables using salt and natural fermentation. Participants will prepare their own jar of crunchy, probiotic-rich pickles while learning about beneficial bacteria, food safety, and flavor development.
