Join cheesemonger Jordan Nash of Main Street Cheese Co for an educational ? and delicious ? exploration of artisan cheese! All tasting samples are included, registration is required.

Participants will taste a curated selection of cheeses while learning how cheese is made, how to taste cheese like a professional, and what makes different styles unique. Along the way, we’ll explore milk types, aging techniques, pairing basics, and the stories behind the cheeses and cheesemakers, including some of the incredible artisan cheesemaking happening right here in New Jersey and the surrounding region.

Whether you’re a longtime cheese lover or simply curious to learn more, this interactive tasting offers a fun and approachable introduction to the world of artisan cheese.

All tasting samples are included.
