This session explores the 10th Amendment, the supremacy clause, and examples where states have resisted or expanded beyond federal policies.  Please register everyone who will be attending.

The Richard D. Gardner Branch (HQ) is located in Belvidere off of Rte. 519. The branch features two public meeting rooms, two study rooms, and a local history/genealogy room.
