Throughout Warren County, the remnants of the last Ice Age still exist.
To the careful observer, driving along our county roads and hiking on its many trails, you can catch glimpses of the forces that formed our current landscape. For thousands of years, the plants, animals, and people have taken advantage of the resources left behind. They have also overcome barriers and challenges that made surviving a struggle in some places. Join us for a journey back in time to Our Icy Past and see for yourself how we are intimately connected to the past as we forge our way into the future!
This program is made possible with support from the Richard D Gardner Friends of the Warren County Library.
